  Friendly staff at this location! This Starbucks can get busy due to its proximity to businesses and 494. It is also right next to Bruegger's Bagels, so its a perfect morning stop for many people. I have ordered via the app from this store as well as ordered in store, and the baristas are always super pleasant and helpful. Service was quick today as well (Saturday morning), so that was a plus! Starbucks, I'll be back to this location

  Horrible service. There are maybe two or three really sweet and friendly staff, so I won't include them. But there is this woman with glasses and blonde hair that is passive-aggressive to people of color. This is third time I have had an issue with this woman, and already took it up with corporate. She had an attitude from the very beginning, interrupting me as I order, and rolling her eyes publicly. She decides to make my drink last, despite being the very first person to order of 7 people. She treats other Caucasian people with friendly smiles and banter, versus any customer with other diversity. She gives the store a bad name, and doesn't belong in working in a high customer-paced environment. Her lack of respect and professionalism made me come to the conclusion that it's not worth buying your drinks from here. EVER.

  Another Starbucks and another nice time to kill.
  This is at a great Southtown location.
  I ordered my regulars,lately, hot jade citrus green tea and lovely chocolate madeleines on the side.
  I made sure myself to call the "Tall"size not making mistake of ""small"" as at Caribou Coffee. I don't like offending people. :))
  I saw a single person working at front but she does her job perfectly.
  Clean and cool place.

  I am very disappointed with your service even though I highly appreciate your beverage. This morning, I ordered and paid a Strawberry and Cream Frappuccino. And then, I waited in line to receive my order. After my turn, there were five people who placed their orders.
  However, your staff ignored me, they served who placed their orders after me (five people that I have mentioned) and I realized that my appearance is Asian. Probably, you do not want to serve for Asian. I do not know what happens in others stores. I suspect that Starbuck always hires someone who is racist. We pay for our beverage and you just take our money and disrespect us.
  Back to my circumstance, I asked several times about my order' status, but your barista thought I had an order online. It means that when online customer place their order you will let them wait whenever you like. I was to give up with my order and my money. Moreover, I came to my workplace late.

  I love coming here to study because it's convenient and the staff is very friendly. I always get green tea latte, hot or iced.
